It’s Good to Connect & Chat

Today is World Menopause Day, a day to raise awareness of menopause around the world and the day for Maree Rudd from Wild Swim Scotland and I to launch a series of wild swimming, mindfulness and life coaching events “It’s Good to Connect & Chat”.

Our first event starting on Sunday 7th November (running for 5 Sundays) focuses on exploring different themes related to menopause and the benefits of wild swimming. Many of these benefits complement therapies suggested for managing menopause in a life choice approach.

Join us every Sunday morning for 5 weeks starting 7th November at 9 am on the beach at Groyn 5 in Joppa, to connect with other women, talk, share experiences and insights at this time of transition in a supportive environment. Experience the benefits of cold water swimming for the body, mind and soul.

We will tailor each session around a theme and a wild weather alternative will be available should a swim at this location not be deemed safe or enjoyable on any given day.
